In case of breakdowns, our technicians are on site quickly, 24/7, anywhere in Europe, to solve problems immediately. The omnium contract covers all costs of replacements, such as compressors and fans.

Do you sign a maintenance contract with us for preventive maintenance and cleaning several times a year? Get rid of reduced efficiency, corrosion, clogging or flooding … We preventively replace parts that show wear and tear. And there is more: the quality of our method of cleaning is second to none.

Remote control
A supervision system is built into many of our installations. Via a central controller, the current state of your installations is visualized. This gives us all the information about pressure, temperature, humidity, running times, open valves, and so on.
It enables us to detect problems preventively and control the installation remotely.
Leak tightness check
If you sign a maintenance contract with Airclima, you will immediately meet the legal obligation on leak tightness control.
What if?
A breakdown occurs? Then request an intervention (even during the weekend) anywhere in Europe. An Airclima technician will arrive quickly with replacement equipment and solve the problem.
With an omnium contract we cover all costs – for example, compressors, fans, belts or bearings that have broken down.
